Common questions and how to reach us if something's broken.

How do I track a stream?

Open the app, paste a YouTube live URL or Rumble watch URL into the input at the top, and click the + button. The stream appears in the sidebar and chats start showing up in the main pane as they arrive on the live stream.

How many streams can I track at once?

Up to 3 per platform — so 3 YouTube streams and 3 Rumble streams concurrently, six total. Each runs its own live connection in the background.

Why isn't viewer count showing on Rumble?

If you pasted a Rumble chat popout URL (looks like rumble.com/chat/popup/...), viewer count isn't accessible from that page. Paste the regular Rumble watch URL instead and viewer count will populate within ~60 seconds.

Where is my data stored?

Locally, in your user application support folder. On macOS that's roughly ~/Library/Application Support/com.loufranco.superchatTracker/. We never upload your tracked chats anywhere.

Will my history persist between sessions?

Yes. When you re-open the app and re-track the same stream, all the chats you previously captured will reappear. The app remembers them by the platform's unique message ID, so duplicates aren't possible.

The app says "Connection stale" or "Reconnect failed". What now?

Click Reload on that stream's card in the sidebar. The app will reconnect and fetch any messages it missed. The unique-ID dedup means re-fetching is safe.

Does it work on Windows?

Coming soon — currently in testing. If you want to be notified when the Windows version is ready, drop a tip on Ko-fi with your email in the message and we'll let you know.

Is there an Android or iOS version?

Not currently. SuperChat Tracker is a desktop app — designed for the second monitor next to your stream while broadcasting.

I found a bug or have a feature request

Email us at hello@superchattracker.com with as much detail as you can: what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, plus your OS version. Screenshots help.

Do I have to mention your other apps on my stream to use this?

No. SuperChat Tracker is free forever, no strings attached. The "Help spread the word" panel exists if you want to give Lou's other apps a shout-out — entirely optional. Use the tracker however you want.

What does "Buy me a coffee" actually fund?

More free tools like this one. Lou is a solo developer who keeps these apps free. Tips fund the time it takes to build them. If SuperChat Tracker has saved you time during a stream, a coffee is appreciated — never required.
